Alagan Sathianathan, a Seasoned Senior IT management Consultant with over 22 years of progressive experience of shaping corporate engagement and delivering Large Scale Transformation Programs across Geographies and multiple Technology platforms. Educated to Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Iowa State University, USA and an Engineering degree from India. Settled down in the UK over eight years with Six years prior consulting experience in the USA. Having spent more decades in the corporate world, Alagan is focusing his next phase of career to make a difference in field of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability. Alagan is currently pursuing his research in CSR from University of Bradford.



 

VijayKumar, Senior Advisor and Co-trainer, Insight associates, retired as General Manager – Support Services, at ONGC. He brings with him over 3 decades of experience in HR and CSR. P.Vijaykumar has been the backbone behind Insight’s foray into GRI reporting and certification. He is a CSR consultant at ONGC, and also collaborates with Insight associates for GRI-certified training programs. Being trained by GRI, Netherlands, he has been a co-trainer for several training programs of Insight Associates. The energetic and enthusiastic person that he is, Vijay Kumar brings with him, an immense amount of practical experience from the field of CSR.



 

Rakesh Yadav is a CSR & Sustainability Professional with over 10 years of cross-functional & multidisciplinary experiences with Govt., MNCs, SMEs & NGOs in the CSR & Sustainability domain. His expertise is in operations & program management with the evidence & reasoning based research, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, logistics, hiring-training, field visits, data collection, research & timely reporting.
 

He has consistently scored 70% throughout academics & is a recipient of “Indian Postgraduate Award 2009”. He has obtained his MBA in Project Management through correspondence from IIBM Institute of Business Management, MSc in Sustainability in the Food Industry from London Metropolitan University and MSc & BSc Agriculture from University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. His academic independent research & consulting work on waste management project with Raynor Foods Ltd. was referred in an article in the IFST Journal & was nominated for the “IEMA Graduate Award 2010”. He is trained in the “GRI Certified Training on Sustainability Reporting” conducted by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) & Insight Associates & the AccountAbility accredited “Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner” (CSAP) conducted by CII. He is a “Certified Trainer & Facilitator” accredited by CAMI, US.
 

He is the recipient of multiple awards "Outstanding Leadership Award", "Outstanding Performance Award", "Excellence in Project Management", "Meritorious & Distinguished Service Award" & "Outstanding Training Coordinator".

Enrique Torres: Bachelor Economics (Monash Univ.), Masters Education (Melbourne Univ.)
Enrique Torres worked with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as the Learning Services Senior Manager for 6 years up to April 2014. He now runs his own consultancy company providing sustainability related training services. His expertise is on the GRI methodology for using the G4 Guidelines for sustainability measurement and reporting. Enrique Torres has worked in training and management positions for private, governmental and non-governmental organizations such as the Ministry of Education in Australia, the Mozambique Ministry of Education, Oxfam, Médecins Sans Frontières over the last 20 years. He has worked in a variety of cultural contexts in Western and non-Western countries. In his previous positions, Enrique has also specialized in issues around organizational restructuring and project management. Enrique speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch.
 

Mr. Bibhu Prasad Mohanty: A Senior management professional with MSW, AMIE, B.Sc academic qualifications and 25+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary and various aspects related to socio economic and rural-urban development across diverse organizational domains. Having good experience as Development Professional, Coach and Trainer the initiator and designer of Gaonko Vinjan Yatra'- Journey of science to Village, a unique movement that takes scientist, innovators, media persons and people's representatives and bureaucrats to villages with the objective of popularising different technologies and demystifying scientific principles those decrease cost of living, climate change issues, drudgery of women, enhance agricultural production, conservation of agro-biodiversity and increase of renewable energy application in rural India. He has covered 43 rural colleges and 7 urban colleges in Odisha, Bihar and Jharkhand and met more than 70000 students and farmers within Dec 2015 to March 2017 without any financial support from Govt, NGO or charity organizations. Under this movement he could motivate people to adapt science & low cost or no cost technologies in agriculture, nutrition management, healthy life style and renewable energy management. This fitness has attracted media and Universities across India to learn from his experiences.

Meanwhile he is very much popular in Odisha as a promoter of Smokeless Efficient Biomass stove, Solar Energy products, Natural farming and Vedic natural health system. Earlier during his prime youth in early years of this century was adventurous and fore runner in India in conservation of agro diversity and developed successful food and livelihood models under personal guidance of Prof. M.S.Swaminathan the chief architect of Green Revolution of India. Action research program models such as Gene-Seed-Grain and water Bank continuum, Micro Water Conservation systems ensuring food and livelihood security , Natural farming ensuring chemical free production system were successfully devised and promoted in Jharkhand, MP, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh and Odisha in his career . He is very much known as KALAJEERA MAN for his passionate contribution in conservation and market promotion of KALAJEERA RICE a non-basmati small grain aromatic rice landrace of Odisha. His strategic approaches in CSR sector and contributions are very much appreciated by stalwarts in CSR sector and corporate bodies in India. His research papers, write ups, presentations and keen observations are referred in various studies, trainings and researches as reference materials across the world. He is referred at least 300 times in many research papers of other resourceful researchers of high repute and for his outstanding observations and development models. He is a professional passionate with rich experience in reporting and training of social accountability, Sustainability, Environmental Impact Assessment, Social Return on Investment, Development Project Appraisal, Design and Evaluation, Organisational Development and preparing youth for industry fitness.
